How do I create an account and start getting Gratas?

You can create an account after downloading our app on the App Store or Google Play Store or by going to our app on the web. You set up your account with a phone number. During the sign-in process, you'll add your name and email address. You will also have the option to add a profile photo and work experience. In order to start receiving Gratas, you must have an active work experience.

There are two ways to add a work experience:

  1. You can add a work experience during the sign up process by following these easy steps:
    1. Select your current employer, job title, and start date at your employer
    2. Click/tap Finish.
  2. You can add a work experience after you have already signed up by following these steps:
    1. Open the Grata app & sign in 
    2.  Go to the "About" section on your User Profile 
    3. Tap/Click the + button across from "Work Experience"
    4. Fill in the required information and click/tap Save.
