What information do I need to provide in order to create an account and start getting Gratas?

You set up your account with a phone number. During the sign-in process, you'll add your name, email address (signing in from social media will take care of this for you), select your current employer, job title, and start date at your employer.

If you signed up previously and need to add Work Experience to your account (so you can get Gratas for your work at that employer), follow these easy steps:

  1. Open Grata app and sign in
  2. Tap the menu (three bars) in the upper right of the screen
  3. Tap Edit Profile
  4. Tap Experience
  5. Tap + Add Experience
  6. Fill out the necessary information and click Save

You can add more information – like a photo, your Venmo or Paypal information to get tips or cash rewards from customers, additional emails...and more by clicking into Edit Profile using the first 3 steps above.
